And a Happy New Year

It’s another new year to celebrate, a new resolution to try to accomplish, and it’s about time to start re-organize your work and life.
First, start by adding some colors and cheers. Here’s how…

1. Keep a pocket calender, with an inspirational reminder or quote. There’s one that I like from Sub-Studio, ‘The only thing you truly own is your Time‘.

2. Start a new diary (or a write a blog, in case you already have a blog, re-design your blog, give it a new look)

3. Of course, a journal to record all your creative juice.

4. And not forgetting to get some colored pencils for your journal scribbling. And a fun thing to start doing this year is to subscribe to the 500 pencils from Social Designer and you will be getting 24 different shades of colored pencils each months for 20 months (from Japan).

Decorating those on your wall, What a sight.

5. Tuck your artwork, loose papers and other important receipts or memo neatly in a folder.

6. Love your books and keep them nicely

Wow, that wall of pencils is amazing. I might just have to subscribe! But first, I need to organise a wall, LOL.

Happy New Year.

I love the colored pencil shot. I prefer pens however. Beautiful things.

I do like the idea of using the colored pencils to write with, but I need to get in the writing habit first. =) I am definitely going to take the book organization to heart. I have two new bookshelves, just waiting to be filled.
